By creating an attic access ladder you can have an easy way to climb up into your attic space. You can build the ladder in two or three pieces and put it together afterward or cut it after it has been built. I have printed the plans together with a description of the process in easy to follow steps and a list of the materials required. Attic access ladders descend by pulling down ladders with a handle or cord folding ladders that you can easily tuck away in a small area of space and large one piece ladders.

Warning based on the type of insulation you have in the attic you may need to wear protective gear. The attic ladder is positioned in the hallway ceiling and can be folded down when required or up and out of view. I built an attic ladder and installed it in just 1 weekend.
